It's raining!!!

Thank you FJB for reentering the Paris Climate Accord so that we could get some rain in North Texas today. You did it you old son of a *****! Glad to see my tax dollars are going to a good cause.

In all seriousness, 0.8" so far in the last hour here south of McKinney....it's been months!!! God answered prayers today.

I got like 5 minutes of rain about an hour ago, no more than sprinkles, but dark clouds, thunder and the wind kicked up. Even though the weather app keep notifying me that the rain will stop soon. Although the temperature dropped from 101 to 79 degrees. Still humid though.

Hoping for more.

Ive only gotten 20 minutes of rain about 2 weeks ago, the first since June 2 in Bryan off 1179.

Rained yesterday in Abilene and a bit today.

Here in the Aggie dome, we got exactly 7 drops

Paige Dome: rained all around us. We got squat.

New Braunfels got some rain today and yesterday! Sad to say, I went to the Comal springs in Landa park and it was bone dry. There were even weeds growing in the river bed. As a New Braunfels native, I have never seen the springs in that state of dryness.

A couple decades back there were some environmental regulations that kept those springs flowing because some rare fish species existed only in that area. Guess somebody filed for an exemption.

Hasn't rained a half an inch total since May here in north SA.

It's rained a few days in a row in Houston now, evening showers, todays showers and wind knocked the electricity out for 3-4 hours … starting to look better

Got pounded in Cypress. First time I remember seriously thanking God for the rain in a looong time. Played around in it with my little girl and then it got dicey QUICK.

It is crazy that BCS never gets a drop.

I washed my car on monday and it stormed on the way home from work for the first time in ages. Woo hoo!
