Her parents probably decided at birth to go with female, or maybe that's just what the organs are and no one ever ran genetic tests, but either way, it has nothing to do with anything Griner decided to do.

I've made one comment on the matter during the whole ordeal. Frankly I think she/he/they/it should rot in jail. As long as there are people imprisoned in our own country for similar offenses, we shouldn't be lifting a finger to get someone out that broke the law in a foreign country. If I was in prison in Russia and Griner wasn't, I doubt she'd give a rat's ass about whether or not I was ever freed.

For a biological condition that sometimes needs medical treatment, you would think there would be more definitive data than "experts estimate". This is grossly overestimated for political reasons.

We know exactly how many babies are born with certain conditions, but not this?

I think she's just a very masculine woman.

The problem with your logic is that you're assuming the duck has the same genetics as all the other ducks. Griner has an obvious physical advantage over every other women that has played collegiate and professional basketball.

What if she's a swan that get's to compete in duck sports as long as the other ducks and swans agree she's a duck. If it turns out she's a swan and wanted to compete in duck basketball for an unfair competitive advantage, then we have the right to know and speculate on that theory.

Other countries have serious drug laws; some even put first time users to death, life in prison (unlike anything we have in this country).
