The Soviet flag and any communist symbols definitely need to be banned.

Why do we let the Japanese flag fly anywhere over the country. Likewise, the British flag, Spanish flag, Italian flag, and the the Mexican flag. Yes, the Iraqi flag must not be displayed.

If you ban the Confederate flag and the 1930-40's German flags, the the USSR flag should also be banned for the same reasons. Lenin and Stalin murdered even more of their citizens than Hitler did his. Why don't they get the same vilification as Hitler? Likewise, Mao was even worse. Why isn't communist China considered the same level of evil as Nazi Germany?

Since the North never recognized The Confederation as a separate country (hence it's called "The Civil War", you are just stating that the US beat itself up. The US is still a country.
