We're about to see another massive expansion of shale drilling on private land if companies can get supplies and financing. The Saudis pretty much assured everybody that supply will not be increased for years.

The WH reported a 50% increase over what Saudi has targeted as the increase for the next month and a half. Two things... I have not heard Saudi say that, and what was the planned target increase? If it was an extremely small targeted increase, a 50% increase of that increase is a joke anyway.
