We joke about this, but what happens in a Dallas or Houston when even 10% of the population starts to forage? The resources will be stripped bare in a week

I'd like to pretend that we are better off out here where the population is lower. But anywhere within a gas tank range of a major city is going to be hit with a swarm of urban locusts.

Draw circles of 300 mile diameters around any town of 50,000 or more. Those areas will be like the Sahara Desert within a month

Don't be a bigoted racist! It called claiming your reparations.

If you have not positioned yourself to be at least somewhat self sufficient, you should start immediately.

It is easy to raise backyard chickens for eggs and build a small garden to produce enough veggies for your family.

Buy a box freezer and find a local cattle farm that will sell you meat directly, and stock your freezer with meat.

It really is not that hard, and it pretty fun once you get into it.
