Even with a C-section, a 10 year girl may just not be physically capable of carrying a child to term, or even to realistic viability.

Without knowing the girl's medical history/condition, I can't say if it was the only option, but in this case, I would not fault the decision, even through I morally oppose abortion. It very well may have been the right one, which makes it a medical issue, not an abortion of convivence like most.

Puberty has been trending younger for a long time. I'm not sure it is unusual at 10 anymore.

Columbus to Indianapolis is 176 miles. 2.5 hrs.

Probably closer than that depending on where the girl lives and the closest point to get an abortion.

The youngest recorded pregnancy is a girl that was 5 years old due to a precocious puberty. 10 years old would still be too young for most girls based on average puberty years.
