England is a mashup of immigrants with no love of land or country and natives who are losing their way, and things are going to get real interesting as energy gets scarce over the next 3 decades. No Tory or Labor PM can stop what is coming. (America has a slim chance to avoid England's fate, due to size and resources, but we have some tough times ahead too).
True. Long term our best chance is if there is some subdivision that jettisons the most falling apart; the way the Roman Empire went on by being a bit reduced in size and more on the same page. Alternatively, a wide change in the controlling narrative class might be able to reboot the present. Time-history will tell...
