They will write narrow legislation to protect due process since he understands why conservatives don't trust the feds since they've persecuted us under Obama and now Biden for being conservatives with the IRS and FBI and school boards.

Listened to the whole interview. I'm even less of a fan of his now that he thinks he can negotiate my constitutional rights

Also willingly going along with funding 19 states who are using and abusing red flag laws with our taxpayer dollars in the funding

the executive has too much leniency on when he will enforce the law and when he won't

we learned and are learning this the hard way with ****ing illegal immigration.

the executive is does not enforce the laws on the books for years amd then one a president tries to the left gets pissed because he is actually following the law.

No way in HELL we should open the door for this to be abused by ****ty presidents.

Government funding is deciding what qualifies for a mental health program - the devil is in the details and you can bet your bottom $$$ there will be many strings attached and laws can be amended to codify certain behavior. It is a platform that can be abused. The government then decides and establishes what is considered to be healthy, and they are applying it to the 2A. It is incrementalism.

I did my part, emailing him months ago when he voted w/Joe to throw $2T away over nothing. In his reply, he sounded exactly like an elderly man taking up for another gravely ill elderly man.

It was pathetic, and I'd rather have Mayra in his spot over him. At least she's in the game......that puss is just playing us in his game.

"Shall not be infringed" means exactly what it sounds like. My question is, with only months until a red wave sweeps the GOP back into power, what is the rush to cobble a bill together that won't make us safer, and vote on it this month? If we can wait until January, we can trash this framework and work on real solutions such as school safety, mental health, and law enforcement.

Anything the GOP comes up with be vetoed by poopy pants. Only way somehow is getting 2/3 majority to override.
