I just send the "My Pig" story from The Ticket in Dallas

My pig found itself smart enough to hop over the barrier from his pen to the next pen and eat all of that pigs food,
and go to the next one and eat all of that pigs food, and the next one and eat all of that pigs food and make his way back in time when it was my time to feed him he had already eaten 3 meals and was sitting there waiting for me and I would feed him and he would eat that and that's why he gained so much weight and got sifted at the fat stock show

I only see these response for Beto campaign texts. Are other candidates doing similar text campaigning? If so, do people post their funny responses as well? All I ever see is responses to the fake Mexican.

Those are P2P texts and there are real people -- volunteers -- doing those texts. I person can run around 1000-2000 texts blasted at once per 10-15 minutes and respond to those who do respond. There are buttons with preset responses. There's a response with a message and then an opt-out if the response is negative. A bunch of texts get no responses.

It costs around a nickel per text sent.

I ran a texting operation for a political campaign and we modeled it after Beto's. I was Republican, though.
