I bought another 300 shares of AAPL when it was at 156 a couple weeks back. Thought it was a good point for entry at the lowest price in quite a while. Holy **** was I wrong. I guess I'm a long term Apple shareholder now.

8th straight losing week in the market. That hasn't happened in 90 years so Brandon is really outdoing himself this time.

Worst administration in the past 100 years and it isn't even close. Anyone voting for more of this needs to have their head examined.

AAPL has experienced several 30% drops over the last several years only to come roaring back to set all time highs. Biggest difference this time is the idiot in the White House.

I just offloaded 2 trailer houses at 3x what I paid for them 3 years ago.

Made $1000 a month the entire time I owned them.

Making 70k on Monday selling 8 units in Amarillo.

Should net 500k this month.

No 401k?

i contribute every paycheck to my 401k until i max out. its all going to the cash reserves making .25% right now. I'm beating the market substantially.

although my company's stock at half off is compelling I still don't have any plans to own anything other than cash. losing purchasing power with inflation is performing better than stocks.

Honestly congrats. The market (S&P 500) has been flat now since January 2021. The question is if you time your entry point well or if you miss the inevitable run up until it is 10% higher than it is today. That's the true test. Otherwise, the guy that stayed invested this entire time beat you by 10% (just with a lot more volatility). Plus he has been receiving 18 months of dividends in the meantime.

You do have the chance to make out really well though.
