The Biden administration seems to want the elimination of fossil fuels therefore they refuse to take any action to increase supply. At the same time they always blame the increase in gasoline costs as "Putins price increase" which is somewhat irritating. In order to represent the actual truth of the matter I went ahead and pulled average costs per month to see what the truth is:

  • Average Price - December 2020 (Prior to Biden) - 2.2420
  • Average Price - February 2022 (Prior to Putin) - 3.6750 (39% Increase)
  • Average Price - April 2022 (Current) - 4.3690 - (16% Increase)

Prices have gone up since the inception of the war but Biden did more damage than that.

The really concerning aspect of the administration constricting production is that the reduction or removal of oil leases cannot be turned around immediately so even after he leaves office, it will take a while to begin reversing the trend. What will the state of our economy be in after this tragedy?

A fair comparison is going back to end of 2019, before covid.

Biden and his admin are liars and thieves.

His son Hunter is human feces. He's a worthless creature.

Supply of oil in US is higher now than during cheap gas under Trump.

The difference?

Fear.

Fear of regulation and cancelled pipelines and halt to federal oil leases. All well founded fears.

Add to Russia's invasion of Ukraine, and world wide fear is off the charts.

Amazing the difference between an American President the World could trust, vs one the World only trusts to poop his pants

Remember the fable of the industrious ant and the lazy grasshopper? The lesson sure isn't blame the winter for coming.
Seven and three are ten, not only now, but forever. There has never been a time when seven and three were not ten, nor will there ever be a time when they are not ten. Therefore, I have said that the truth of number is incorruptible and common to all who think. — St. Augustine

And yet, Biden cancels a one million acre lease in Alaska and two of the Gulf coast.
