I went into a rabbit hole on YouTube and I noticed that a bunch of these college kids are drinking coffee daily.

35 and still don't drink it. Have tried it, my taste buds don't like it.


I did drink a lot of iced tea, and had the occasional energy drink when needing to study very late into the night.

Bottomless coffee at 3 am while studying chem and calc

Now carrying a latte into my 10:50. No, that did not happen.

No. I was too busy drinking Rockstar, Monster, Red Bull, Spike and anything else caffeinated in a can, wondering why I couldn't fall asleep till 1-2 every night.

In hindsight, I made some really dumb decisions in college and probably consumed more than 1,000mg of caffeine in a day than I care to admit.

I'm a one cup of coffee and maybe an ice tea at lunch person now. I sleep much better too

I started drinking coffee in middle school. People said it would stunt my growth and I guess they were right because I'm very short.

Still love coffee.

Didn't drink coffee until I got to my first duty station. I started drinking coffee because the hot chicken broth they offered in the field was just too damned salty. After that, I started drinking it all the time. I got hooked on red bull when I was working two jobs and going to school.

I always hated coffee. Then I started doing intermittent fasting at around 45 years old. Made myself start drinking black coffee in the morning. Love it now. I've never been a morning person, but it makes my mornings more enjoyable.
