Why are any repeat offenders being paroled or bonded out?

I bet that 75% of criminals commit crimes during times they should have been in jail.

This includes the anal orifice who was on probation for drunk driving and hit our daughter while drunk.

Democrats nationwide have been committed for some time now to opening jails and not prosecuting certain races who commit crimes. The resulting spike in violent crime is preferable to mean tweets I suppose.

Did he pay a full 10%? Many bondsmen take as little as 2% today and some even have payment plans.

Price's attorney, Todd Rutherford, admitted Sunday that his client fired a gun at the mall, but said it was in self-defense. Price was only charged because he did not have a permit to carry a weapon, Rutherford said. Price's lawyer added on Sunday that his client had been set a relatively low $25,000 bond because he was cooperating with authorities.

'It was unprovoked by him. He called the police, turned himself in, turned over the firearm that was used in this, and gave a statement to the Columbia Police Department,' Rutherford said, according to WMBF-TV.

Officials are still looking for two other suspects believed to be connected to the shooting.

A preliminary examination of ballistic evidence collected from the scene indicated that at least two different firearms were used by two suspects.

South Carolina residents age 21 or older can get a weapon permit that, as of last year, allows them to carry weapons openly or concealed.

They must have eight hours of gun training and pass a background check that includes fingerprinting. Price's lawyer said he legally owned his gun, although he did not have a permit to carry it.

In 2018, Price had been previously arrested and charged in connection with the murder of 17-year-old Amon Rice, who was shot dead in Hopkins, South Carolina.

It is unclear whether those charges have been dropped.

Price is being represented by State Rep. Todd Rutherford, who said his client was in the mall and was shot at by people who had previously made threats against him on Facebook. Rutherford also stated in a briefing after the bond hearing that he has fully cooperated with police and has been charged with unlawful carry of a pistol because he does not have a Concealed Weapons Permit (CWP) but owns the gun legally and it is registered to him.

During the briefing, Rutherford said that he and Price think they know why he was attacked but would not comment further, stating that he will CPD handle that. Rutheford stated that there were prior Facebook threats and that Price has shared the information he has with police.

Rutherford said that CPD knows who was involved in the incident but said that officials have not told him whether those responsible have been released.

We always hear about " Silence is violence * " from the left.
* Except when it comes to one group in society and committing mass shootings everyday of the week practically. In this case, silence is perfectly acceptable and is in fact the moral thing to do. In this case, if you speak about reality /the truth you are nothing more than a viscous hate filled racist. When you promote the truth , you are actually promoting hate filled lies. So, take a queue from the media when talking about the shooter/robber/murderer /car jacker .Talk about their: car, clothes, phone, direction of travel and the color of the umbrella they were holding if it was raining. But don't talk about anything else related to them.
