Was at a Target in San Antonio with my kids a few weeks ago standing in checkout line.
A dude in a dress and heels (and a 5 o'clock shadow) walks by.
My 8 year old daughter sees and asks me…"why is that man dressed like a girl?"
Not sure what to say, I respond with "it's his choice to dress that way. As long as he isn't hurting or bothering anybody, he can do what he wants, BUT grown men dressing like girls is NOT normal".
My 6 year old son said it was silly.
You would have seen me on the news if he was using the same bathroom at the same time as any of my young daughters.
Anyone else have similar experiences? How have you explained it to your kids?
