Seriously, though. She has multiple personality disorder. Some of the personalities are apparently transgender. So she's having surgery, even though at the time of the video she did not identify as transgender.

There's no way in hell she's able to provide informed consent for this procedure. I hope she's just going on a crazy rant and not actually having anything done.

A cis girl who claims to have multiple personality disorder is going to have a sex change so her "headmates" can be their preferred gender. It is honestly probably the craziest trans story I have seen yet. That girl ain't right.

Dissociative Identity Disorder, the formal name for what used to be called Multiple Personality Disorder.

Wikipedia has a section describing how some researchers believe psychotherapy is a possible cause of the disorder. Interesting.

It makes one wonder what else therapists might cause in some people *cough* transition to your true gender! *cough*.

My personal guess is she spoke with a psychiatrist who referred her to a transgender specialist, someone who has a vested financial interest in transitioning as many of their clients as possible.

Thankfully she broke this highly complex and emotionally difficult issue down for us in an edited, 30 second video clip. Reducing mental illness down to small chunks really helps us relate and truly emphasize.
