I don't agree with it. As someone that is highly allergic to cats and the neighbors' cat likes to sleep on my patio furniture, I have a distinct problem with people that just let their cats run wild.

The cat wasn't a stray, it was a family pet. I hate cats and I still don't condone doing anything like that to one.
