Meh. Episode was pretty lame. Haven't been a fan of Baker's analysis on previous episodes, this one was about the same.

You don't really get the sense that he's all that confident in what he's saying. Almost like he looking over his shoulder on most issues. Trying to dance around and go right down the middle.

Rogan asks him a direct question and he tends to make a lame joke and chuckle for a bit then string together an palatable answer.

He has a tendency to qualify what he's saying by going out of his way to say, 'in my opinion … blah blah blah.'

Yeah we know dude … thats why you are here. Jump of the eggshells and spit it out.

I haven't listened to the latest episode but I have always found him to be dancing around the issues. Always gets almost to the heart and then pulls away before he gives anything of substance. He is controlled opposition.

That was my take when I saw him on there before. Wouldn't commit.

The simple answer could be that he just doesn't know anything. I listened to about 5 minutes and completely lost interest. I have no idea why Rogan has him on.

He's a deep state stooge.

I think he dances around because he's trying to promote his show and doesn't want to alienate one side or the other...

I enjoy when he comes on. Mike's ramblings give a good idea of the whole picture and what is known and unknown. He's well informed and has insight that most don't. When he states a fact, you can probably believe it's true. And when he says, "I don't know" and then meanders around, there probably isn't a straight answer even if he did know. I wish more people - especially politicians - were willing to say they don't know.

The problem is that Joe thinks Mike has all the answers to current events because he was with the CIA 22 years ago.

If you're listening to Rogan to get answers rather than entertainment, you're doing it wrong.

I think he does a good job of explaining some of the things going on (or acknowledging them), without taking a side.

His discussion of Chinese stealing IP was interesting. I was very aware of it happening, but didn't realize how many students they had here, and how easily they get coveted positions with contractors. I cannot imagine how this still happens, without it being on purpose.
