I'm not clicking on any link to The Atlantic, but this is not surprising. This is a religion and they are true believers. Too bad none of them will live long enough to see how wrong they are when the weather is fine in 200 years.

I love Jesus Christ

Because the people that are still living in a Mad Max world having to murder one another to live are going to give a damn about the environment.

Most "adults" in the US and the west in general are merely old children. Utterly divorced from reality and too hopelessly ignorant to ever become aware of their ignorance.

This is like telling people that if you get shot in the head that it's also really bad because you might get a blood stain on your shirt.

I can't even get mad at this stuff anymore, it's like trying to argue with someone with dementia.

Once I realized that the country and the west in general is over and quit caring it became easier for me. I'm just watching out for myself and observing the whole thing crash.
