The global elite create another virus that only effects or doesn't effect vaccine recipients.

Global elite then place second virus in Ukraine and float stories of covid virus research going on in Ukraine.

Global elite goad Putin into war in Ukraine, Xi convinces Putin on attack date. Putin is the fall guy who they blame for releasing new virus that kills the vaccinated, 63% of world population. Or doesn't kill the vaccinated 37% of world population. Personally I would go with saving the 63% as they are better sheep. And taking out 2.2 billion people in one fell swoop is a good start.

Great theory, but science is not this accurate or foolproof. You release something with the ability to kill 37% of the world, vax'd or not, and you release something that could erase the entire planet.

I'm not implying anything, people need to be educated. 95% of politicians voted for war in Iraq and it turned out to based off fake information and set up - her husband orchestrated.

These same folks are still running the show.

The thing about almost every "conspiracy" theory is you would have to have super competent and efficient government actors involved to pull it off. Anyone who has ever worked for or with the government (on any level) would know how ridiculous that presumption in.

Competent people don't go work for the government, or those that do, don't hang around long.
