It doesn't ban girl->boy transgenders from participating in male sports events. I doubt that this is much of a problem, though.

A bill prohibiting males from playing in girls sports 12th grade and under was authored by Rep. Valoree Swanson and passed in the Texas legislature this past October. They have to have a birth certificate issued at the time of birth saying they are a female.

Girls taking testosterone are doping like the East Germans did in the 80's and should not be allowed to play against non doping athletes.

Boys who are taking estrogen still have a physical advamtage due to developmental reasons and have that Y chromosome making them males and should compete against other males.

This is the only way to handle "trans" athletes that makes sense and provjdes a level playing field for all. If you choose to modify your biology that is your choice but it does not give you the right to have a physical advantage over other athletes.
