The last time I made chicken and asparagus.
Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces and the asparagus into one and a half to two inch spears. Stir fry the chicken until close to done. Add the asparagus and stir fry another two or three minutes. Then put on your mask. Stir in sriracha sauce and stir fry two or three more munutes. Serve over rice.
WIthout a mask, I'm coughing the whole time. Do that with a dog in the kitchen and the dog evacuates very quickly.
The only problem is that with a mask, I tend to add too much sriracha sauce and that makes it really spicy.
