Seriously. For his teeth to get that bad, it clear he's not just a casual user.

And once you realize this, then you have to wrestle with: Just how long has he been using? And just as importantly, 1) what kind of compromising situations has his use lead to given the positions his father has held in the past and currently holds and 2) why has he not been caught and jailed.
