So this woman lured a dude to a field where MS13 gang members hacked him to bits.

She gets a 250k bond that is then reduced by the judge to 60k--

I would have preferred the bond be set at 250k vs.60k, but as far as the gang bonding her out that's the difference between $25k and $6k. It would have cost the gang $19,000 more dollars, and this would have happened regardless.

these judges need to start choosing higher bond amounts and stop lowering them

They defend this nonsense. Clearly this is physically hurting society and it is being done with intent.

The way it reads she was in jail until bail was lowered. Not sure how long but to say it would have happened anyway then why didn't they post it when it was $100,000? Seems it wasn't posted until after it was reduced.

A wealthy person needs to buy a house next to these types of judges and give free residence to people who committed violent crimes then let out on reduced bonds. Free to their "associates" also.

The timing of how it happened isn't clear to me from the article.

Morales failed to show up for a hearing days before her trial was to begin and hasn't been seen since.
I don't practice criminal law, and I'm not sure what the time frame was between the bond being set at $100k and later lowered to $60k. It could have been days after her attorney asked the District Judge to lower the Magistrate Judge's ruling on her bond, and they decided to wait out the ruling rather than just pay the $10k to a bonding company.

Hey, I served on a jury in her court earlier this year.

She's not in that photo, those were the judges elected to County Court (ie lower level, not major felonies). She's a District Court judge (and was originally elected in 2016 not 2018).

you need to be packing in Houston everyday, but you won't need to worry about running into Moralas.

I'm sure she was taken to Mexico hours after cutting the ankle monitor.

I signed up for the login and am logged in.....

I am trying to find a fella by the name of Quinton Stotts that was arrested on Feb. 8, 2022 and was released out of County Court 7 for $100. I can not find it. What am I doing wrong? I am going to look at 2/9/22, maybe the next day.
