Used to work next door on I-10 feeder. Employer's bldg. now gone. Loved their happy hr. free, all you could eat boiled shrimp. Wife and I attended same Sunday School class with owner and his wife. Miss the place...live in Dallas area now.

Man I havent been there in forever (also in the DFW hole now). I even remember going there on an elementary school field trip as part of our 'Texas History' stuff. Despite knowing that the teachers were really in it for a good free steak, the place has a lot of cool pieces of history and the owner/manager/whoever it was there knew a hell of a lot about it.

One of the few things in Houston worth going to see. Place is great eat and cool vibe. Rest of Houston not so much.

The owners are the Hendees. Edd used to have a conservative talk radio show on KSEV. Great people.

The story isn't that [DeSantis] "couldn't win" the primary. The story is that an overwhelming majority of our population is heinously stupid. 50% of them vote for communists. 75% of the remaining 50% vote for Trump, who cant win.
