It is beyond outrageous that a judge in the United States of America would release someone from jail because they pledged fealty to the "correct" political ideology.

Could he get the charges dropped completely if he expressed his strong support for abortion and gun control?

Wait, you can bail out of prison for drunk driving, rape, murder, drug dealing, etc., but they have been holding this guy since March because he participated in an overly stimulated tour of the capital in which ONE person was killed and that was an unarmed person being shot by an overly zealous capitol police officer?!?!?!?!
