What a mess these corporations are.
Firing someone for their beliefs.

Religious Freedom is under attack. If it doesn't concern you then you need to dig deeper.

Check out First Liberty. They do amazing work on Religious Freedom.

going to go out on a limb and say there is more to the story than this:

Quote:

Lacey Smith responded on the company's online forum with a simple, genuine question about her employer's support for the legislation. Lacey asked, "As a company, do you think it's possible to regulate morality?" Over this one question, she was promptly fired.
because if there isn't, claiming she was fired for that single post isn't going to be sufficient to support a religious discrimination claim. What was said to her? thats the key question to me.

btw, loved her in "Ed"

Alaska Airlines fired Lacey Smith, a dedicated flight attendant for expressing her religious beliefs in direct violation of federal Civil Rights law prohibiting workplace religious discrimination. The woke madness that is now governing our nation's companies, from the boardroom to the break room, is forcing this religious employee to choose between her job and her faith.
They probably could have added another comma in their first sentence. Took me a second to follow what they were trying to say.

Alaska Airlines is headquartered in Seattle, so I wouldn't be shocked if this is all there is to the story.

if thats the whole story, then she has no case against them.

they either fired her for something else, or when they questioned her about it they asked her things and said thing that would support a case for religious discrimination. neither would be a surprise.

Fired her for nothing? If First Liberty took it up then there is a very good case. They win in excess of 90% of their cases. They only do religious liberty cases. It is a clear attack on her freedom.

Did you even read the info or watch the video?

How do you separate morality and religion? You cannot. They are intertwined.

Kant figured out how to do that 200+ years ago.

No idea what that has to do with my post, but there are millions of moral people that are not religious
