Paxton backed Biden Supreme Court case supporting "community caring" as a reason to search homes and seize guns.

At this point in time, I hate all politicians...Ken Paxton included. They are all like commies. I wish we could hit reset and start all over. I hate them all.

Asymmetrical war has already started, no weapons on this battlefield of lawfare. Great that Paxton survived. Many are suffering in jail from Rittenhouse to Jan 6th Grandmas.

That's kind of how see it. You have flawed warriors to work with, but as Lincoln said of Grant "I can't spare this man, he fights".

Anyone on the right willing to fight can be cut some slack right now if they are effective. Is Paxton? Appears to be but its hard to tell with legal matters.

Whenever I read a statement like that, I know the findings of the report are solid. None of the so-called lies or omissions are stated, and "half-truths" are another way of saying "yeah, they're right about all that but we still don't like it..."

I've never, ever used the term, half-truth, in any legal argument. The proper terms would be misleading, incomplete, or outright false (among others). Is the sentence, "I ate today," a half truth, since it didn't identify what I ate, when I ate, or with whom I ate? It doesn't refute the truth that I ate. What about, "I had bacon this morning." That's a half truth because I had other things, right? But it isn't false.

Otherwise, what exactly is one?

I'd bet whoever wrote the statement I referenced above didn't read the entire report.
