I'm confused. Wasn't ObamaCare about pre-existing conditions and health insurers couldn't require higher premiums based on that?

For karens, Unvaxxed has become the new smokers lifestyle. Health care companies already charging more for smokers, so precedence already been set.

My company is encouraging vaccines but not requiring them. Also offering a $200 incentive for production workers who are in close proximity to each other to get vaccinated. But that's it, nothing coercive or punitive... yet.

Next we take your livelihoods, your jobs, your homes and eventually probably your life.

How reliable are antibody tests? If I had C19 and already had immunity I wouldn't want / need the vaccine. Seems to me you should be able to show you have antibodies - whether acquired naturally or by vaccination - as the true test of immunity.

I do not believe Texas employers can do this without employee consent. I know of some employers who have gotten into trouble with the TWC over withholding money loaned to the employee from their paycheck.
