No, the claim is that she was coerced, but the Office for Civil Rights agreed in late 2019 that the issue was settled and then the Trump administration decided to file a lawsuit after the 2020 elections, for some reason. Who knows why?

I know the church won't actually do it, but I have excommunicated Joe in my mind already. He and Pelosi are far from catholic. Joe gives zero ****s about almost any other humans' lives. He obviously hates babies and black people, he clearly never cared about his own family very much, too much evidence suggests he has a sick perversion to tween-aged minors, and frankly, it appears that he hates Americans with the attack on all political opposition and America Last policies that seem to only benefit foreign countries and even foreign adversaries and hurt America. How the people of Delaware let this guy sit in DC for half a century doing nothing, but making himself wealthy through corruption and becoming a racist elitist, is mind boggling, yet here he is now- by far the most popular politician in our history*. Pretty sick.
