As I remember it, when the blonde Bush daughter rolled up into Chuy's on Barton Springs and ordered herself a frozen Margherita at the age of 19-20, the SS was standing right there. When the cops showed up and wrote her a ticket for Minor in Possession, the SS was asked "hey, why didn't you stop her?" by the media. People don't pay crack addicts $100k a month for multiple years for access to his dad without getting value from said "Big Guy". Joe Biden almost certainly uses Hunter as his personal piggy bank, shoot Hunter even admitted it himself. "I'm tired of having to pay for everything for everyone".
