Anyone been following the recent videos posted by the ex-NBA player Kwame Brown? If you can wade through the language, he makes some good points on black culture. Here's one of his more recent ones....
Most interesting thing he pointed out is that now black culture is so messed up from decades of fatherless homes that black women often actually push away men from being in their children's lives and think it is being "strong". "Your strength is making your son a b****!"
The most disgusting thing to me is that there are so many wealthy or upper middle class blacks that do have stable 2 parent households and yet they support Democrats. Some do it out of ignorance but many are bought off by Affirmative Action programs that favor them and their children. There is no more privileged person in America today than a wealthy minority with a 2 parent household because they qualify for so many things based on their race (scholarships, private school admissions, loans, job opportunities, etc) yet they have no real need of those advantages. Yet it is very hard for someone to walk away from those benefits and that is understandable. I mean say you have barely good enough grades to get into A&M but because of your skin color you get to go to Rice on a full ride, or even moreso your child gets that opportunity, how do you walk away from that?
It's a brilliant strategy the Left has used to buy off minorities, especially blacks. They have hemmed them in on all sides and made it extremely hard to escape.
