I agree. I don't care if it's technically correct from a landmass perspective....her heritage isn't Asian American.

If someone disputes this, then blame the left for creating hyphenated Americans in the first place.

Edit: I bet 95% of America's see that and are immensely confused by it. "I thought she was Indian and Jamaican? How does Asian for here?"

It's a lot for her to handle. How can she focus on important things like the border or economy or foreign relations when she has to properly define her intersectional breakdown

The first "Indian" Vice President, of course, was a Republican. (Not that kind of Indian I know, but you don't hear this in history).

I had no idea she was part Indian till I opened this thread.

Asia is a geography, but Asian is also an ethnotype, or race category.

Many people from India are more closely aligned with the Caucasian racial lineage than any other. I'd say most. The Caucasian group is thought to have emerged from a region just east of India roughly corresponding to the area around the Black Sea, and populations of western Asian Caucasian peoples definitely mixed in with the Indian population. But, India definitely has Asian ethnic populations from the east also and it is clearly geographically part of Asia.
