It has never reached this level of silliness or vitriol.

Wolves in sheeps clothing are on both sides in this.

Democratic party today is not my Grandad or Grandmaws party of yesterday.

They have let the wolves in of progressiveness, lawlessness, genoxide (abortion) etc, creep in.

But, alas not is all lost. Many care for the poor and weak.

Republicans have let their own wolves in too. Money, power and feigning conservatism in order to obtain votes.

But, alas not is all lost on them as well.

Bottom line, there are many good folks that love God and righteousness that would get along drinking a cold beer or glass of iced tea together.

I just hate to see it get outta hand on here sometimes.

However, what must be said is that the left started this garbage with the completely out of hand cancel culture, which then created the ridiculously out of control BLM and Antifa movements and finally the most ridiculous thing I would ever hear in America with the whole Defund the Police movement. This country has completely lost its moral compass and has unfortunately reached the point where the otherwise God fearing and law abiding citizens in the middle right of this country have no choice but to start fighting back. We didn't start this fight, but you better believe that time is coming where we will end it. I will not sit idle and watch our country turn into Venezuela, Cuba or even Nazi Germany. Most of the work in government is really boring stuff, but still important to pay attention. Last few decades it has been turned into blood sport within the home with respective teams that take sides in respect to media, products we buy, etc.

Less theater and more collaborative effort is nice, we are all in the same boat here.

I would say we all still benefit from the efforts of government, especially in respect to national defense, trade policy + the infrastructure to support and having a social ladder that allows talented individuals to thrive.

This doesn't stop just because you did or didn't vote for one person. These are the most important duties of a national government, at least to me.
