Last night, Milwaukee was all done counting except for absentee ballots. Trump was ahead 109K votes and the word was 169K absentee ballots from the Milwaukee area remaining to count. Biden had to take 82% of those to pull even with Trumps lead and he not only took the lead but slightly passed it.

It's pretty easily found. Just look on google's homepage. Current numbers have Trump ahead 54.5% (3,023,710) to Biden 44.4%. (2,463,700).

The issue isn't vertical lines. They count votes and record them in batches.
It's the fact that ONLY ONE CANDIDATE GOT A JUMP. Not 90-10 or anything like that. 100% one candidate.
