Biden Campaign
They don't aggressively market their campaign events other than to media outlets. I could not easily find a campaign schedule on their website and Google searches for "Biden campaign events" didn't yield much. I changed to "Kamala campaign events" and it turns out she's going on a Texas tour on Friday but they are not releasing details of where exactly she was going.

Biden and team don't have time to update silly websites! They're working 12 hr days doing virtual meetings. Then again, Biden hasn't been one to keep his official calendar updated with events and meetings either.

Easy explanation: Team Trump took their laptop.

I've been watching many of the rallies on YouTube. It's amazing how many people are showing up for these. I've never seen anything like it.

Would like to see someone in Pennsylvania every day but I guess their numbers are good and they can go elsewhere.

Was at home during lunch and watched Fox. They said Joe was going to answer questions after he voted. He got grilled for approximately 90 seconds consisting of essentially "comment on what is going on in Philly" and "how would you handle the covids when you are the president."

Usual political answers interspersed with constant mask tugging then the quick wave and off to the suburban.

There is 2 minutes of his 12 hours of work.

The fact that Trump is going to MN this late in the process makes me think that his people thinks he has a fighting chance there.

Biden can't publish campaign stops because too many Trump voters will show up to wave flags and honk.

Also, he doesn't know what new revelations the laptop from hell will reveal on any given day.

Yep. We all know Trump is a confident, boastful, person. But he seems more at ease than usual at these rallies. He's now reading off poll numbers at the rallies and saying "It says I'm up 4 but you can add another 4-5 points to that with the fake news media"..."We don't want to just win, we want to win big"

I just don't think he would be going to those lengths if he didn't feel good about what he's seeing in the key states.

Of course, Kamala going to Texas and stopping in three places makes me think that they think they have a shot here. Either that or she's trying to shore up congressional districts. According to the Dallas morning news she will be in McAllen, Houston, and Fort Worth. Apparently she's going to McAllen to try to get a bigger bump in Hispanic support for Biden as they are actually trending in the Trump direction. They think they've made a lot of inroads with suburbia, particularly white women. But they are frustrated at the lack of progress for them among Hispanic voters. Turns out a lot of them don't want to play racial politics.

Biden won't be getting within hearing range of any independent journalist.

True but you could just as easily spin this as say that by Biden travelling to Georgia yesterday and Kamala to Texas on Friday that they think they have a good chance there.

It will be interesting what kind of crowd Trump gets in Rochester, MN because he was just 70 minutes away yesterday in La Crosse, Wisconsin.

Do they plan to do this in FL and AZ? The Hispanic vote will have an even bigger impact there. Because that's very telling they're going to such lengths in Texas which isn't a key battleground state and frankly not likely to go Biden.

If it's strictly for Texas, that tells me they're worried about down-ballot races that are more important to them in Texas compared to the EC...which would not spell confidence from Team Biden.

Trump is making multiple trips to PA and through the midwest plus Florida and AZ...while the Biden campaign sits back and goes into Georgia and Texas with very few other stops if any.

But the difference is Trump is absolutely combing the battleground states, with that additional stop in MN.

The Biden campaign isn't NEARLY as active. Nowhere close. Yet they choose to put resources into TX and GA.

Am I just being selfish by wishing Texas was a tossup so I could hopefully get a Trump rally near my hometown? Yankees and Florida are getting to have all the fun.

Hearing on the radio today (in Orlando) that both Biden and Trump will be in Tampa for a rally tomorrow. Trump then Biden, both in the same area.

I think Trump has a legit shot at MN. He didn't lose by a lot in 2016 there and the Iron Range area which went for Hillary I believe has flipped red due to many of the local mayors supporting Trump as well as his policies on mining, etc.

Further, you wonder if some of the suburban areas around MSP are ripe for turning to Trump after the riots and lack of policing.

Could be enough to deliver him those 10 electoral votes.

I also think NH is seriously in play. They are a strange state. Very independent-type culture.

Trump lost in 2016 by about 2,750 votes out of over 745,000 votes cast. The campaign stops there multiple times this week could be huge for the EC. The trip to Manchester, NH is interesting -- it is where Hillary won by the most votes.
