Biden is saying North Korea is "closer" to having a nuclear weapon, meaning that North Korea does not currently have nuclear weapon.

Yet they have detonated multiple nuclear weapons since 2006, numerous during his own Vice Presidency. I guess he was asleep(or in China or Ukraine enriching his family) during those briefings about North Korea detonating nuclear bombs.
