Positive Covid tests without actually taking test (theory)

I'd like to float this theory because it makes no sense why they would be doing this. However, I'm sure the labs are getting big money for each test so they they are fraudulently saying that the test was conducted even if it wasn't so they can collect the money. And then the default result has to be positive because they don't want to say someone is negative if they really aren't.

Some undercover reporter needs to investigate this because policy is being set on these horrible numbers.

If some lab somewhere is utilizing insurance to bill for services not performed they'll be found out and hammered.

I agree. State funding is behind this and they don't want the spigot turned off. Keep the virus looking bad and tests will keep on getting funded. This is what people don't understand about most "conspiracies". Most of it can easily be explained by selfish people doing selfish things that sort of line up with the selfish things other selfish people are doing. Not some super shadow movement

Nothing is as it seems. Ever.

The 21st century is dystopia.

The media is deceit. Causes are based on lies. The youth are emotionally fragile and don't know truth, or right from wrong.

Many have been confused mightily and are unsure if they are a man or a women. Child cross dressing is embraced.

We still have hope in that our freedoms of thought speech and action remains available, but they are slowly eroding.

I hope so and I know I'm assuming tsome of these stories are true, but some kind of sting operation could absolutely catch them doing it (if these are true).

Lol. Don't hold your breath waiting for the hammer to drop. I'm curious how many other systems are being gamed by health service administrators (remember, these are our heroes).

Let me give some of you guys new to the Internet a tip: When you hear the same conspiratorial story almost verbatim, it's always a third-person account ("friend" or "friend of a friend"), and it's something that would be extremely easy to actually prove...

BELIEVE IT. RUN WITH IT. SPREAD IT.

This is very true. What you look for is "ringleaders" not conspiracy. For example, the greed factor could explain why the tests are going the way they are, and even reports of hospital space usage. Apparently a toxic mixture of financial incentives of different kinds are involved even in more peripheral aspects that prevent most of it from being as "just the facts, Mam" as you would expect in a field like that.

Whereas an example not so much of `conspiracy' but certainly group-think and basically the same thing that IS promoting fraudulence is the MSM hyping of the situation, and that is definitely designed to be pro-Democrat in its selectivity. So you have the "ringleaders" of the reporting clique exploiting the chaos generated by greed at lower levels. Many of the blue governors and especially mayors are closer to the MSM in that their actions are deliberately designed with the national agenda in mind.

It's a very conducive environment for fraud. There's no way to audit the test results. The accuracy of the test it's probably around 50%. There's a lots of plausible deniability. Factor that in with the misinformation in the media...

Yes, an even simpler way to factor in the latter.

The results would be closer to the truth in the reporting if this was early 2019, just after an election, and not just before one.

Specific people that this actually happens to need to contact authorities. I'm tired of all the internet chatter about it without specific instances.
(I would not be surprised if it's true)

That's just it, how do you know or contest the test the result?

Hanlon's razor might apply:

Never attribute to malice that which can be adequately explained by stupidity.

It could simply be that there is so much confused non-standardized testing and non-standardized results logging and categorization and more often than not the prevailing logic is when in doubt assume positive.

Are the positive reporting anomalies in Florida a fraud or simply a mistake?

https://www.fox2detroit.com/news/fox-35-investigates-florida-department-of-health-says-some-labs-have-not-reported-negative-covid-19-results

Quote:

Countless labs have reported a 100 percent positivity rate, which means every single person tested was positive. Other labs had very high positivity rates. FOX 35 News found that testing sites like one local Centra Care reported that 83 people were tested and all tested positive. Then, NCF Diagnostics in Alachua reported 88 percent of tests were positive.

https://www.orlandosentinel.com/coronavirus/os-ne-coronavirus-florida-labs-not-reporting-20200714-va2fuxgcsbfc5dsuba5gcni2u4-story.html

Quote:

Several lab companies that process coronavirus tests from Florida have reported incomplete data to the state, officials said Tuesday, creating discrepancies in the numbers public health officials rely on to track the pandemic across communities.

In some cases, labs reported positive test results, but did not report the number of negative test results.

Heck, the labs could even say they were erring on the side of caution. Someone felt like they had CV, but didn't get tested. We presumed they were positive out of great concern to the public.
