When Mount of Olives is Split – There will be Peace on Earth

According to the Scriptures, when Jesus returns to earth, the Mount of Olives will split dramatically due to an earthquake. A valley will be created which will run all the way to the Mediterranean Sea. The Bible further says that people will flee through this valley to the mountains. The inspired Word of God gives this information in Zechariah 14:4-5

Vs. 4 – “And His feet shall stand in that day upon the Mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the Mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south.”

Vs. 5 – “And ye shall flee to the valley of the mountains; for the valley of the mountains shall reach unto Azal: yea, ye shall flee, like as ye fled from before the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah: and the Lord my God shall come, and all the saints with thee.”

The Mount of Olives is still intact and there is currently no valley that has ever been formed due to the Mount of Olives being split by an earthquake.

It is very obvious from a lack of physical evidence that this event has never occurred in history.

Conclusion: Jesus has not returned to this earth yet as He promised.

According to the Scriptures, when Jesus returns to earth, He will return as the Prince of Peace. He will bring Peace to the earth which will last FOREVER. The inspired Word of God gives this information in Isaiah 9:6-7.

Vs. 6 – “For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.”

Vs. 7 – “Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be NO END, upon the throne of David, and upon His Kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even FOREVER.”

This earth is certain not experiencing Peace today. In contrast, there are wars and rumours of wars. That is exactly what Jesus promised would exist PRIOR to His coming back again..

It is very obvious from a lack of physical evidence of world peace that this event has never occurred in history.

Conclusion: Jesus has not returned to this earth yet as He promised.

According to the Scriptures, the Battle of Armageddon will terminate the Tribulation period. Millions of men will be involved . We read in Revelation 9:13-21 that the nations of the East will send an army of 200 million men.

There are many prophecies in both the Old and New Testaments that describe the coming conflict. (Zech. 14:2-3; Zeph. 3:8; Isa. 65; Rev. 19) This battle will continue from Megiddo near modern Haifa to Bozrah (modern Beseira) in Jordan, a distance of 1,600 furlongs, or 175 miles.

It is very obvious from a lack of physical evidence that this event has never occurred in history.

Conclusion: Jesus has not returned to this earth yet as He promised.
