My wife and I (married one year) wanted to do some sort of Bible study together. Are there any books, study books, etc. that anyone recommends for a newly married couple?
Start with The 5 Love Languages. Easy to read. So simple, yet so insightful. Basically, it helps you learn what each other's "love language" is and how you can meet those needs. Physical touch, acts of service, words of affirmation, gifts, quality time.

I second the love & respect book...also, my wife and I read Night life by Dr. James Dobson every night before going to bed. It's kind of like a daily devotion about different aspects of marriage.
I'll second "The 5 Love Languages" (by Chapman, I believe). It was a very insightful and helpful book. We also read "Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts" by Les Parrott. Both books were helpful (if not mostly common sense).
It's not a study, but I highly recommend attending the Weekend to Remember conference through Family Life Ministry. It is highly engaging and informative.
