slim-jim - might I suggest that for PR purposes, y'all have someone respond to all emails, even if it's just an acknowledgement of receipt and a note indicating that you'll respond with more information at a later date.

Someone is supposed to be doing it, but I guess we have had a repeat of last year where no one does anywork during the spring semester. It also looks like that email address might not work anymore. I checked with the person in charge of it last semsester and either it doesnt exist anymore, or someone changed the password on the account.
