the scene when they first enter Tortuga, the guy rising up out of the well and spitting water out of his mouth was lifted straight from the POC ride at Disney World. I mean, I think they got the actual animatronic from Disney World and used it in this movie.

This may have been in the first POC, but I didn't notice it until I saw this one. Where there any other "winks" in this movie that others caught and I missed.

the whole dog holding the keys was also on the ride

Both Tortuga scenes are FULL of items from the ride.
