Nice for the 713. The Lone Star Card reference was sweet too.

The best video ever representing the 409 was made back in the early 1990s. I don't remember the rapper, but it was filmed at the bank building at the end of the Strand on Galveston Island. I'll have to look up who it was.

this was later 90's, but I know DMX did a video at that bank building. I think it was "party up"

You're right. It was DMX with the Party Up video. That video prominently features Galveston Fire & PD.

I used to travel a lot and I knew where I was when I saw the video, I just couldn't remember when it was.

I live next to some rappers. It's amazing to see how much time these guys spend just trying to come up with some beats. It's also amazing to see how much 420 these guys put away.

It's good to see Flip and Thugga in the same place. Same goes for Koopa and Mike Jones. It's prolly because J.Prince and Scarface were there to keep everybody in line. Paul Wall should have been there though.

The farther away Houston can get from rap, the better for the city. I'm tired of listening to others people's rap music when they pull up next to me with their windows down, acting like a pimp, particularly when my windows are rolled up and I have my own music going. Absurd...
