Please suggest bands or songs that play acoustic rock / blues (maybe a little country and folk) and have some strong harmony vocals.

There are one or two obvious examples I'm thinking of, but I want to see if anyone else names them.

I think of this kind of music as "Springtime Music".

Jayhawks - Hollywood Town Hall or Tomorrow The Green Grass. Not really bluesy but amazing harmonies, acousticish, slight country twinge to their rock.

Little Feat is very good if you go with the older stuff.

Lowell George was the heart and soul of Little Feat before he died in '78 or so.

I stopped reading after acoustic blues. Harmonies and blues together is just plain wrong. That's like satanic gospel.

Come On BigAG 95!! There's more to the Blues than a lonely old man in the Mississippi Delta playing slide guitar and whining about the Crossroads and selling his soul. "Twelve bars and the Truth" can be played a lot of ways.
