He's probably a bigger deal to my life than Dolly or Curry.
Plus we lost Robert Duvall, Chuck Norris, and Sam Neill this year. Gene Hackman, Ozzy, and Ho Kogan last year.

This week sucks big time. First Dolly, then Tim. This one though is a massive kick to the nuts. Prime is the GOAT.. and it's all due to Peter Cullen. The voice of my childhood. Even moreso than Vader

Definitely for mine. Transformers were a big deal for me as a kid, and I can't imagine any other voice for his characters.

This was the voice of every 80s childhood.
No one can replace Prime's audio. Any future movies will be crap.
This hit me super hard.
In 2007 when the first of the Transformers live action movies was aired, I was in the theater for it. The first time Prime or his voice spoke, the whole theater erupted in cheers and applause.
This voice, his voice, was such a remnant and comfort. I had chill bumps.
Very sad.

I hope Universal/Hasbro did something similar with him as what Lucasfilm did with James Earl Jones to capture and license his voice for future use. Just as JEJ was Vader, Peter was Optimus. The voice is too iconic to replace.

I read there are two more movies planned so I'm curious if they planned for this as well.
