Came out in July 2001, and has been playing in theaters this week for the anniversary. Legitimately one of my top 10 movies of all time, and one I've probably seen more than any other.

If I had to make a list of comedies that define my sensibility, this would be right at the top of the list.

I want to like this movie, but it it didn't hit quite right for me. I like the setting, and the cast is great and went on to so many other great movies afterwards. I can't figure out why its not one of my favorites. It doesn't get name dropped very often on many lists (funniest movies of the 2000s, etc), so maybe it was just too soon for those actors.

On paper, its an all-timer for me, but in reality it doesn't make the list. I'll give it another try.

Same here. I'm not even sure how to describe it; it's incredibly stupid and silly but highbrow at the same time, if that makes sense.
