Wife and I have been looking for a new series and she picked this one. Watched the first three episodes tonight.

Highly recommend for those of you looking for something new.

Kate Hudson headlines. The rest of the cast is great so far. And it is refreshingly not woke/non political. So far, one of the better fictional portrayals I have seen of pro sports. if they could have only had the budget to add Jason Bateman and/or Jeremy Priven to the cast it would be epic.

And it's genuinely smart and very funny.

High level overview - four rich, white, siblings, inherit their father's LA based NBA franchise.

This board routinely asks for recs on new content. This is a good watch.

I knocked this one out over the weekend and enjoyed it quite a bit.

There are definitely some echoes of Winning Time and Ted Lasso here. Enjoyed the first few episodes so far.

Lasso did a great job of integrating players into the storyline, this show needs some help to get it to the next level. I liked the family dynamic. The basketball and arena are not good.

This show is okay, but the basketball action and talk is bad.

In one episode I just watched they talked about Dyson who shoots 12% from the FT line and 45% from the 3 point line. That's just beyond dumb.

I had to rewind to make sure they said 12%.

I'm shocked, especially because noted NBA expert Mindy Kaling is the showrunner so you should expect realistic basketball talk.
