Dude, it's June. At least wait until November 1st for the "is it a Christmas movie" argument.

Die Hard is set on Christmas Eve.Proposition Joe said:
Gizmo was a Christmas gift.
A gremlin-infested Christmas tree attacks someone.
There's an entire monologue about why one of the main characters hates Christmas.
It's absolutely a Christmas movie, much more-so than Die Hard.
It's Christmas, the time of miracles (or whatever Hans said to Theo). Apparently Christmas miracles can put a college football matchup together that would not happen.maroon barchetta said:
Except Die Hard had Notre Dame and USC playing on Christmas Eve, which we know is not gonna happen.

DH has a lot of Christmas symbols like trees, lights, and the like.
DH features a character who uses the well known Santa Claus statement of Ho-ho-ho.
DH has another character speaking of things like snooping for presents, Rudolph and Frosty the snowman.
Die Hard does not take a back seat to Gremlins in terms of being a Christmas movie.
