Baseball underdog flick slated to hit theaters August 18th. Also apparently based on a true story, though not sure how closely it will follow. I do my best to avoid spoilers. I did read it's by the same screenplay writer that did Hoosiers and Rudy. Didn't see a previous post about it and the trailer looks decent. Anyway I'll probably be in the theater because I'm a sucker for these. I'll see most anything with DQ attached.

I have enjoyed many of DQ's movies going all the way back to The Right Stuff, and I loved The Rookie.
