Absolutely love the juxtaposition of that last shot with the voice over. Always love Scorsese, looking forward to this one.
can you imagine gearing up to bail on your acting career and at the last possible moment martin scorsese asks to zoom call with you https://t.co/FR8zGZwbiR

KOTFM is yet another masterpiece from Scorsese - no biggie. Easily in my top 3 of his work. Totally justified the runtime, I was gripped. Absolute Oscar CONTENDER; Leo, DeNiro, Gladstone, score, costumes, editing, sound, director and BP.

KILLERS OF THE FLOWER MOON is my new favourite #Cannes2023 film! Scorsese is delivers a potent, stunning epic that never feels as long as it is. A masterclass in filmmaking from the best director alive, with flawless performances from the entire cast.#Cannes2023 pic.twitter.com/PdalDRAU5g

I’ve been wondering recently if, once all the reckoning’s done, Martin Scorsese might objectively be the greatest filmmaker to have ever lived. I can’t say Killers of the Flower Moon has done anything to disabuse me of that notion. REVIEW: https://t.co/Td1zaPMjDn #Cannes2023

Much like my experience with The Irishman, while every filmmaking aspect is technically impressive, didn't have much of an emotional connection with the film + it felt way too long. Even though all of it is captivating, the performances are all top notch, it didn't wow me at all. pic.twitter.com/k3lpljGYJY

With #KillersOfTheFlowerMoon, Martin Scorsese maps out a sprawling injustice, a sweeping, nearly four-hour addition to his grand collage of a nation’s cruelty.

Martin Scorsese may have earned the right to tell a movie at 3 1/2 hours, but that doesn't make it the right decision for KILLERS OF THE FLOWER MOON, a compelling true-crime story told from the murderer's point of view. https://t.co/m7LccrovnV

KILLERS OF THE FLOWER MOON was mostly how I would expect a Scorsese-directed film about this subject to look like. It’s very good, the runtime flies, but I can’t say it blew me away, exactly. Leo, De Niro, and Gladstone ate.
— The #Cannes23 Expert (@expert_oscar) May 20, 2023
Robert De Niro is the best he’s been in a long time, Leonardo DiCaprio is fantastic and Lily Gladstone delivers such a rich, subtle and moving performance just like in CERTAIN WOMEN, she’s outstanding! #Cannes2023

'Killers of the Flower Moon' #Cannes2023 Review: Martin Scorsese's searing true crime Western bursts open a devastating chapter of Osage history in a vast and vital film, with a terrific Leonardo DiCaprio and Lily Gladstone. https://t.co/NY5RgSgImy
— TheWrap (@TheWrap) May 20, 2023
Killers of the Flower Moon: Leonardo DiCaprio gives the best performance of his life in a frequently great Scorsese epic that misses the mythic sweep of the book but succeeds instead as a toxic love story.

That's what Martin Scorsese demands of any viewer of #KillersOfTheFlowerMoon to know. One of his greatest achievements.
Lily Gladstone's performance? An all-timer. What she gives us comes from the ancestors. Leonardo DiCaprio and Robert DeNiro shine. pic.twitter.com/yBdrd9YBTf
Scorsese's KILLERS OF THE FLOWER MOON is an enthralling cinematic experience, it flies by. It's an honest, humane and extensive telling of the Osage murders. De Niro and Gladstone put in Oscar performances, but it's DiCaprio's disgruntled persona that leaves the biggest mark. pic.twitter.com/QmQPjssueo

KILLERS OF THE FLOWER MOON…WOW. A harrowing story that is difficult to watch given the subject matter, but you can’t help but marvel at the mastery on screen. Leonardo DiCaprio, Lily Gladstone and Robert De Niro are absolutely incredible. Among top tier Martin Scorsese pic.twitter.com/MCRkzfK9rG

KILLERS OF THE FLOWER MOON is utterly exceptional & more gripping with every minute. An honest adaptation about the complexities of abuse faced by Osage Indians. Lily Gladstone is the soul of the entire film, delivering an astonishing performance with simply her eyes #Cannes2023 pic.twitter.com/YWIBebGayx
— yasmine kandil (@filmwithyas) May 20, 2023
KILLERS OF THE FLOWER MOON: not what I expected, more reminiscent of GOODFELLAS than any of Scorsese’s recent works, with a terribly funny De Niro and DiCaprio as vulnerable as in OUATIH, making for a knowingly cynical film about the insidiousness of white supremacy #Cannes2023
— Manuela Lazić (@ManiLazic) May 20, 2023
Am in awe of KILLERS OF THE FLOWER MOON. A profoundly powerful & disturbing film on an open wound subject. It's both intimate & epic, vividly tangible & exquisitely rendered by Martin Scorsese on incendiary form. Perhaps his best of this century. A must see on the big screen.
— edgarwright (@edgarwright) May 20, 2023
There's much, much more to talk about. But the headline is: see it. I was lucky to watch it a few weeks ago and I cannot wait to see it again. It's quite the feat of cinema.
— edgarwright (@edgarwright) May 20, 2023
I was fortunate enough to get a private screening of the film, Killers of the Flower Moon earlier this month. Having been marginally released from my NDA with the premiere of the film today at Cannes, I have a few thoughts.
