Dropped at midnight. 34 songs and over 2 hours long. Just about done with my first listen through.

Gotta say, I half expected this album to suck, be "meh", or be "too artsy" based on how Bryan has blown up recently.

But not any of that. This album is awesome and I can't wait to see what Bryan continues to do.

Still haven't seen him live yet.

I thought "If She Wants a Cowboy" was a really funny song, and glad to see he's doing more upbeat songs, will be good for the live performances.

Honestly enjoyed the whole thing, but other standouts to me on this first listen were "Something in the Orange", "Sober Side of Sorry," "Corinthians (Proctor's)", and "Tishomingo".

Ton to unpack here. Impressed at the length of this album.

He has blown up recently. Only knew two songs that they play on XM Spectrum but really enjoyed my first listen through of the whole album this weekend.

Seems like a perfect mash up of Isbell, Turnpike, and Childers.

Spotify just notified me about it and I'm excited. Some of his stuff can be redundant if you listen to multiple songs one after another but Condemned and Headed South are probably my favorite pieces of Country music in the last couple of years.

I've just been listening the past week and it's full of excellent songs.

Still can't believe how many songs he's put out in such a short period - though maybe less would be more, so many of his older songs seem unfinished, lots of filler on the albums.

This self titled album is freakin fantastic though.
